1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carslink.ai ("the Service"), a trading name of AutoProv Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Carslink.ai is an AI-powered car search engine that aggregates vehicle listing data from multiple UK platforms and dealer stock feeds. The Service allows users to search for vehicles using natural language queries.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 No Affiliation

Carslink.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with AutoTrader, Motors.co.uk, eBay, heycar, Cinch, Gumtree, PistonHeads, Parkers, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3.2 Listing Accuracy

Listings displayed on Carslink.ai are derived from dealer stock feeds, publicly available marketplace data, and AI-generated representative results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always verify listing details, prices, and vehicle condition directly with the seller before making any purchase decision.

3.3 Not a Dealer or Broker

Carslink.ai does not buy, sell, lease, or broker vehicles. We are a search and information service only. All transactions take place between you and the relevant seller or platform.

4. User Accounts

  • •You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • ✕Scrape, crawl, or extract data by automated means without our written consent.
  • ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • ✕Upload malicious software or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • ✕Impersonate any person or entity.
  • ✕Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Dealer Terms

6.1 Free Listing

Dealers and traders may list their vehicle stock on Carslink.ai at no cost. We do not charge any fees for stock advertising, feed integration, or listing display.

6.2 Data Accuracy & Prohibited Listings

Dealers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle data they provide is accurate, up to date, and compliant with all applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, or relate to vehicles the dealer does not own or have authority to sell. Carslink.ai reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms without notice.

6.3 Consent and API Access

Dealers who connect via API feeds grant Carslink.ai a non-exclusive licence to display their stock data on the platform. This licence may be revoked by the dealer at any time by contacting us.

7. Finance Introductions

Carslink.ai displays finance options on vehicle listing pages provided by Hawkstone Motor Finance, a trading style of Hawkstone Farley Group Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 987531). Carslink.ai acts as an Introducer Appointed Representative of Hawkstone Farley Group Ltd for the purpose of effecting introductions only. We are not a lender or credit broker and do not provide financial advice. Any finance agreement you enter into will be directly between you and the relevant lender introduced by Hawkstone Motor Finance. You are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before entering into any credit agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models that form the Service are owned by AutoProv Ltd (trading as Carslink.ai) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • •The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • •Buyer warranty: Carslink.ai makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by dealers. Buyers must independently verify all vehicle details, prices, mileage, condition, and availability directly with the dealer before making any purchase decision. Carslink.ai is not a party to any transaction between buyer and dealer.
  • •We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • •We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any third-party platform or seller.
  • •Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoProv Ltd (trading as Carslink.ai), its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
